Yesterday, an entire organization entitled "Kitty Cowboys" was arrested on suspicion of running an illegal kitty fighting ring throughout much of the US. Unfortunately the leader of the organization was not captured. Cesar Chupo (pictured above) is on the run and expected to be heavily armed and extremely dangerous. If you see Cesar, please call your local authorities. He was last seen in El Segundo on December 20th.
